Cathy Melton hails from Ann Arbor, Michigan, home of the Big House and the Michigan Wolverines. Cathy moved with her family to Celebration, Florida 4 years ago. Cathy credits the long winter months and the lack of warm sunshine that inspired her move to Florida. Cathy's background in accounting, technology and her analytical skills have provided additional benefits for all of their clients. Cathy began her real estate career 11 years ago and is the former Owner and Broker of Verandah Place Realty, LLC.
